We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to lead a strong team kitchen in a prestigious French Brasserie located in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with a passion for fine dining and a proven track record at 2AA/3AA Rosette-level establishments, with a focus on French and British cuisine. Full autonomy on menu using only the best seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
- Menu development, showcasing creativity while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Leadership and development of the kitchen team,
fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in high-end French or British restaurants (2AA/3AA Rosette level).
- Strong leadership skills, with a talent for team development and kitchen management.
- Creative culinary skills with a focus on quality and innovation.
- Strong management skills, experienced in managing finances
