SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PLANNING OFFICER (TOWN / URBAN PLANNING) - LONDON - 5 MONTH - £60 PER HOUR
ARM are working with a local authority in London and we are currently recruiting for a Development Management Planning Officer to join them on a contract basis to run until March 2025
About You:
* You will be an experienced Senior Town or Urban Planner.
* You will be degree educated and either holder or working towards RTPI status as a planner.
* Your experience will include significant local authority work and development manager.
* You will ideally have experience of working within London as a planner also.
What you will be doing:
This position will be supporting the team for DM planning applications across the authority's remit.
This position is based in Central London and will be working using the hybrid model.
What you can expect in return:
The rate for this position is £60 per hour (Umbrella) and has been deemed inside IR35, as it is provided maternity cover for a permanent member of the team.
We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position. As part of the successful candidates application, we are required to undertake DBS and reference checking before starting.
