- Work Location:
- Totton, near Southampton, with travel across the area, hybrid working (home, community and office based)
- Hours per week:
- 37 (part-time hours will be considered)

- Occupational Therapist
- with HCPC registration.
You’ll conduct home visits to lead holistic assessments, plan and review interventions. You’ll provide support across our multi-disciplinary Reablement Service,
a strengths-based short-term service helping the people we care for maintain or regain independence in daily activities.
- What you’ll be doing:*
- Leading on the assessment, planning and reviewing of complex case work.
- Conducting person-centred functional analysis and interventions to help patients maintain or regain independence in daily activities.
- Collaborating with a diverse team, including Occupational Therapists, practitioners, carers, sensory staff and business support.
- Working independently, providing expertise and support to staff, informed by social care legislation and clinical knowledge.
- Our service operates seven days a week and there will be a requirement to work weekends on a rotational 1:8 basis.
- What we’re looking for:*
- Occupational Therapy qualification and professional registration with HCPC.
- Experience in assessment, planning and reviewing of case work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, escalating cases as required.
- Commitment to demonstrating our values and behaviours.
- An understanding of the statutory duties of local government in social care and the social care model.
- Some experience of supervising staff.
