We are now working with a major European infrastructure private equity fund based in London.
They are now looking for someone to join their very busy and friendly investments team
The role
- Associate level position
- At the start, the role will focus on the financial modelling for new investments in infrastructure assets, and the ongoing portfolio analysis and valuation of existing investments
- The fund invests in both equity and deals and you will be exposed working on both types of investments
- The position will also have lots of involvement with offshore and energy transition deals
- In time, it is envisaged that the role will work on deal execution and transaction execution
The person
- Outstanding financial modeller with 3/ 4 years + experience
- Background in infrastructure M&A;, energy transition M&A;, Big Four advisory, energy or infrastructure investing
- Sector knowledge should include include infrastructure, renewable energy, offshore transmission
- The candidate should be ambitious and, in time, want to move into a deal execution role as opposed to pure financial modelling
- Exposure to OFTO investments would be very helpful
- Excellent academics
- Real team player and able to interact with a broad multi disciplined team
