We’ve partnered with a Global US-listed provider of software and technology-enabled financial regulatory and compliance solutions to appoint their new Senior Counsel EMEA & APAC to support the continued growth of the business in these regions. We're looking for someone who enjoys working remotely as a strong individual contributor and looking to join a rapidly evolving organisation.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of:
- Operating as in-house counsel in a multinational context, ideally with exposure to EMEA & APAC jurisdictions.
- Providing commercial support through new product launches and across market cycles.
- Drafting & negotiating commercial contracts (SaaS licensing agreements etc.).
- Managing corporate entity issues (local market/governance/regulations/compliance).
- Providing advice on data privacy and other legal matters.
Experience working for a SaaS, Technology, Financial Services or other similar business on multi-jurisdictional issues, and ideally within a publicly listed company with ca. $1bn revenue, would be highly advantageous.
