What You’ll Be Doing :
Lead
the Team : Support the management team by leading and motivating your
colleagues to deliver excellent service and keep our customers coming back for
more.
Hands-On : Get stuck in with everything from serving customers to assisting
in the kitchen show your team how it’s done!
Maintain
High Standards :
Ensure that every aspect of service meets GBK’s high
standards, from the quality of the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Support
Operations : Help with the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including
managing shifts, keeping an eye on stock, and ensuring everything is running
smoothly.
Customer
Focus : Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience, resolving any
issues quickly and with a smile.
What You Bring :
Experience :
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more
important.
Leadership
Skills : You’re a natural leader who knows how to inspire a team and get the
best out of people.
Customer
Service Focus : You love working with people and have a knack for making
customers feel welcome and valued.
Team
Player : You’re happy to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team,
leading by example.
