Role :
We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our client’s salesand growth teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will beresponsible for defining and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for thisemerging climate tech company.
As a strong people manager, you will bepassionate about designing and scaling a successful sales organization tosupport continued growth and adapt to the evolving needs of their customers.
Thisposition is fully remote within the US East Coast or Europe, with occasionaltravel required.
Responsibilities :
Lead and accelerate global sales by planning andexecuting a holistic sales strategy targeted at startups, scaleups, andmid-market customers.
Collaborate effectively with the Marketing,Customer Success, and Product teams to drive high and sustainable growth.
Develop expertise in the client’s products,customer use cases, and their value.
Build and nurture a world-class sales teammotivated by the mission to accelerate the energy transition.
Drive platform growth through self-servesolutions for low-touch customers.
Enhance processes, tools, and performancemanagement for a top-tier sales team in partnership with revenue operations.
Requirements :
Extensive experience in successfully leading / scalinga B2B SaaS sales team of 10+.
Proven track record of increasing ARR throughstrategic B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a similar Series A / B-stage startup.
Ability to lead by example and engage directlywith key accounts to foster a high-performing sales culture.
Strong analytical skills with the capability todeeply analyze sales data for performance, forecasting, and reporting.
Highly independent and organized, with theability to prioritize tasks and drive processes forward.
Bonus :
Expertise in API business models, energymarkets, DERs, and / or demand response.
Must : A passion for accelerating the energytransition, combined with empathy for the team and customers.
