90d6e97a) The chosen PA must be able to provide support as required to help me lead an independent lifestyle in my own home.
I’m a very independent and social individual, I value this a lot as I like to spend time in the garden and access the community.
It is vital the candidate chosen is understanding as my health is quite complex.
Main tasks
- Personal care
- Laundry
- Meal preparation
- Support with accessing the community. I am able to use a walking stick at times I might use my wheelchair
Qualities in a candidate
- Warm and friendly
- Able to use own initiative
- Happy, positive and caring nature
- Flexibility required at times due to hospital appointments and such
Hours will need completing Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10.30 -15.30. This may change at times in line with hospital appointment, however notice will be given in advance.
DBS will be required and checked (DBS will be taken out if candidate does not already hold a portable DBS).
Care experience desirable but not essential. I am looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
