JobDescription : We are seeking a passionate anddedicated Year 1 Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) tojoin our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have a strongunderstanding of the Year 1 curriculum and the ability to deliverengaging and innovative lessons that cater to the diverse needs ofour younglearners.
Responsibilities :
- Planprepare and deliver highquality lessons in line with the Year 1curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusivelearning environment that promotes academic achievement andpersonal growth.
- Assess student progress andprovide timely feedback to support theirdevelopment.
- Collaborate with colleagues toplan and deliver crosscurricular activities andevents.
- Establish effective communicationchannels with students parents and colleagues to foster asupportive learningcommunity.
Requirements :
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experienceteaching Year 1 students is preferred but notessential.
- Strong knowledge of the Year 1curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Abilityto differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs ofstudents.
- Commitment to continuous professionaldevelopment and reflectivepractice.
