Group HR Systems and Process Assistant

What you will be doing.
As our Group HR Systems and Processes Assistant, will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Head of HR Systems & Processes.
They will be asked to execute HR tasks with diligence, accuracy,
and discretion to ensure effective, efficient operations support.
They will need to be able to work autonomously on briefed tasks and as part of a team as required. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following :
- Working together with the HR Systems & Processes team, executive leadership, regional HR teams and various stakeholders across our different locations to manage and improve Group HR Systems and Processes workflows globally with best practices on both a local and global level.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new operational policies, procedures, guidelines, and ways of working to build the HR Systems and Processes toolkit
- Ensuring all HR policies and procedures are in line with the company strategy and changing business needs whilst meeting legislative guidelines.
- Be a point of contact for employees and managers on HR Systems and Processes topics, educate them on HR procedures and SOPs and while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for our HRIS, raising issues with the vendor(s) and seeing them through.
- Assist with creating internal HRIS procedures for and provide troubleshooting, guidance and training to HR, employees, and managers on the different areas of the system.
- Collecting, analysing, formatting, maintaining, and importing data into our HR system ensuring data integrity
- Provide general, day-to-day support to the wider HR Systems and Processes team and regional HR teams
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that are required
The role is based in London, and the incumbent needs to have the right to work and reside in the UK. Flexibility in working hours from time to time due to working across multiple time zones

- Hold a University Degree in HR or equivalent.
- Previous experience in HR Operations.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package : Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to network and speak with all levels of staff including senior management.
- Proactive and highly organized, with a positive "can-do" attitude and a strong aptitude for quickly mastering new skills.
- Skilled in following detailed instructions and adhering to established procedures with precision.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and perform well in high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrates maturity and responsibility, with the capability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
- Delivers work with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Exhibits professionalism, self-motivation, and excellent time management in all aspects of work.
- Consistently punctual and reliable, maintaining strong timekeeping habits.
- Passionate about Human Resources,
with a keen interest in pursuing a career in the field.

- CIPD Qualified
- Knowledge of employment law
- Experience with HRIS
