Are you a Children's Social Worker with over 3 years of post-qualification experience, seeking a rewarding opportunity? Key Responsibilities :
- Direct Work with Children : Engage effectively with children and young people, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure their voices are heard.
- Care and Placement Planning : Develop and implement care and placement plans with a focus on long-term improved outcomes, stability, and meeting individual needs.
- Risk Management : Minimise risk with a methodical, organised approach that ensures safe and appropriate placements.
- Collaboration : Work alongside our Family Group Conference Service, family support workers, and an extensive Early Help Offer to provide comprehensive support to children and families.
What We Offer :
- Contract Stability : A minimum initial contract of 3 months to support continuity for the children and young people you work with.
- Competitive Pay : Up to £42 per hour (Ltd), based on experience.
- Work-Life Balance : A 35-hour workweek and a hybrid working model with 3 days per week in Liverpool.

Essential Criteria :
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in Children's Social Work, particularly with Children in Care and Looked After Children.
- ASYE Completed :
