The Opportunity

In your role as Vice President of Sales Fintech and Point Solutions you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by driving incremental revenue across the geography;

and helping in the global flight against Fraud and Financial Crime.

You will be responsible for developing and managing a team focused on the Fintech and Point Solutions segment ensuring that they build a robust pipeline with a focus on predictable ARR.

You will have experience and knowledge within the Fraud and Risk space. Reporting directly to the President of EMEA, helping to develop and execute a Go To Market strategy.







You will drive your team to meet their sales targets by focusing on strategic opportunities that will lay the ground work for expansion within the customer and the region as a whole.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office, so you will ideally be comfortable coming into the office at least 2 3 times per week.

You will be expected to travel regularly within your region to help progress and close opportunities. If you’re interested in the role but require more flexibility, please speak to us!

Day to Day

- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline for Fintech and Point Solutions
- Manage, train and coach a team of sales executives any other roles hired in the region who report in to commercial.
- Manage, train and coach managers of individual contributors. Including managers of Sales Executives and Sales Development Reps to drive lead generation globally
- Forecast attainment against bookings targets
- Work closely with the President of EMEA and APAC
- Contract and pricing negotiation, ensuring we get the best possible commercial agreements with our customers






- Achieve and where possible exceed Quarterly and Yearly bookings targets
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders with target customers
- Build relationships and win commercial opportunities with indirect customers in the region i.e. Visa / Mastercard Fintech express program
- Ensure all sales documentation is of a high standard, current and relevant to the customer
- Lead customer presentations and ensure the quality of all sales presentations carried out by the sales team
- Work with marketing to ensure campaigns and events are relevant for region and market
- Ensure that your team complete training and follow company processes including salesforce CRM






- Run the regional strategy in the commercial team for Fintech and Point Solutions the annual budget presentation and quarterly Commercial Management Team meetings.

Also by working with the local SME, pre sales, and other commercial resources that may not report directly to this role but whose prioritisation should be set by the VP Sales Fintech and Point Solutions.

Run the commercial strategy for the region including but not limited to, working with marketing to ensure that we have the right messaging and collateral in the region.

Focussing lead generation efforts on the right target accounts and product to ensure we have the right product for the region.

About you

Must haves :

- Proven experience of building and developing high performing sales teams






- High achiever with excellent track record of leading teams to achieve or exceed targets
- Excellent stakeholder management, project management and organisation skills
- Experienced negotiator
- Compelling and engaging presenter
- Advanced knowledge of the Fraud and Risk market
- Demonstrable experience of selling successfully to the Payments and / or Banking sectors
- Strong ability to engage with different roles in the internal business such as accounts, finance, pre-sales, project management, marketing and SME’s
- Superb relationship building skills at an executive level and the ability to show value to customers

Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
