About the Role :
- Design and deliver engaging and informative Business lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, financial literacy, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Guide students in developing a strong understanding of core business concepts, including marketing, finance, accounting, and business operations.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Business department and contribute to school-wide events related to entrepreneurship and business studies.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Possesses a valid QTS in Business Studies or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrates a fervent passion for business and a captivating teaching style that ignites student interest.
- Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management.
- Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to diverse learning styles and encourages critical thinking.
- Holds a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
