Salary : £40,000 - £50,000 (OTE £70,000+)
Hours : Monday Friday, 8am 5pm (with a degree of flexibility)

As Business Development Manager , you'll play a critical role in expanding our client's presence across the fashion, beauty, health, tech, and gifting dynamic markets.
This is a hunter role, requiring a proactive and motivated individual to identify and secure new clients.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- New Business Development : Research, identify, and engage potential clients across targeted sectors, building a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Sales Cycle Management : Handle the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring client requirements are met with bespoke solutions.
- Client Relationship Management : Develop strong relationships with new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research : Stay ahead of market trends and industry developments to spot new opportunities.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting : Monitor and report on key performance indicators to refine strategies and improve results.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Managing Director and team to align sales strategies with growth objectives.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in bespoke packaging or related industries is desirable.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to offer consultative solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
