Position location : GBR

Your missions :

- Organization & Management of the UK business development team
- Drive thebusiness development team for the UK Market to reach annual revenue / margintargets
- Elaborate the annual sales plan and strategy for the UK Market to delivertargets fixed by the Ensemble organization
- Implementand promote the sales and business development strategy for the UK Market
- Sales Management : size and competencies aligned to market need and fixedcosts optimization
- Represents ENSEMBLE at customers and distributors, provide guidelines to teammatesin charge, participate to distributors selection, evaluate performance
- Ensure that the key processes from Commercial Excellence are applied

Your day-to-day activities :

Job Purpose :

Develop and execute the sales for ENSEMBLE in theUK







Represents Customers at ENSEMBLE : Translateexternal trends and customer’s requirements internally, capture and understandlocal markets move and needs

Represents ENSEMBLE at Customers : defend thebest interest of ENSEMBLE in our customers interactions

Manage sales team for the UK :

Drive the sales team to develop the Europe andExport Market following the ENSEMBLE sales strategy. Ensure transparency indecision process and guidelines follow up.

Major responsibilities and activities Sales UK :

Understand and share commercial situation forthe UK : changingtrends, economic indicators, competitors and supply & demand, Customersknowledges, market intelligence

Contribute to the definition and follow-up ofthe annual budget and strategic plan for his / her zone with a :







Bottom up approach with whitemarkets to conquer by preparing a potentials list

Top down approach with a strategy per category

Negotiation :

Creation / implementation and continuousadaptation of the sales plan in line with the ENSEMBLE Sales Strategy and theproduction plans

Engage the contracts in his / herportfolio according to targets tonnages and prices and provide adaptation basedon market situation

Analyse achievement via Salesdashboards, per month or week if needed and set corrective actions; provideexplanations on deviations

Sales execution :

Provide accurate and live forecaston sales & delivery volume (Anaplan demand review / Monthly buckets) and ensureand understand contract execution : 1) execution rate 2) realized prices 3) cashcollection







Actively manage thecustomer / business interface at all relevant points in order to maintaincustomer satisfaction

Process&Tools;

Be accountable for good practices inthe process lead to contract to order to cash and ensure UK Sales Team’s compliancewith operational rules : 1 / Leads in CRM 2 / Respect Quotation tool / Price lists 3 / Contract book 4 / Contract desk via contract tool instructions 5 / Rebatesmanagement 6 / Index contract management 7 / Execution follow up etc

Work collectively with all the EuropeanSales teams on a transversal mode to address global and multiregional accounts

Management :

Manage,motivate, engage and retain high performing sales team member - Support his team in account managementactivities,





negotiation - Develop teams competencies aligned with Tereos skillsand behaviours expectations for sales - Prepare succession plans as well asaddress performance - Recruitment and on boarding of new comers

Your profil :

- Strong ability to négociate with customer and to develop the business
- Base in UK, 100% remote (home office), but travelling in all UK to develop the market
- Good relationship, ability to work remotely

Main Interfaces (internally) : ENSEMBLE team, European and Export Sales Teams, Commercial Excellence, Business planning, Marketing, Customers Service Europe, Supply Chain, Commercial Controlling, R&D;
