This thriving, award-winning, Legal 500 & Chambers ranked firm seeks a Property Finance Associate with 4+ PQE to join its office in the City of London.

The firm punches well above their weight and their main competitors are impressively some Top Legal 500 firms, they deal on par with some of the country's most well-known law firms.

The Role :
This role will be based in their flourishing and very impressive West End, London office. They have grown substantially in recent years, making now is an exciting time to join.
The firm is seeking a Property Finance Lawyer 4+ for their City of London office.
The secured lending department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a wide range of lenders and other financial institutions.
You will deal with all aspects of Commercial Property, advising HNW investors and corporate clients in connection with commercial property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development) and sales and commercial lease work.
You will deal with individuals and corporations with large property portfolios.
Requirements :
- You will a Property Finance Associate with 4+ years PQE
- The Partner is currently very busy. On offer is a springboard for progression.
- You will deal with high quality work, working alongside a highly regarded Partner
