They deal with HNW Private Client matters and as a result of the tax arm of their team growing in caseload, they are looking to recruit a solicitor 2+ years PQE.

This Top 200 firm in Manchester are looking to recruit a Tax Solicitor to join their growing Private Client team based in the city centre.

The Private Wealth department is ranked highly in the Legal 500, it advises business owners, corporate executives, high-net-worth individuals and family groups across all aspects of wealth management, trust and estate planning.

You will deal with a varied caseload across the spectrum of Trust and Tax management. This will include, but is not limited to : pro-actively managing clients to ensure any tax-planning and / or succession planning issues are acted on, calculating trustee liabilities to IHT, CGT and Income Tax, dealing with distributions froms trusts and reviewing and interpretating trusts deeds and related documentation.

The ideal candidate :







- Private Client Solicitor with experience in a similar role; or
- Someone with an accountancy background, either AAT or ATT qualified, who is looking for a challenge to take their career in a new direction
