What you can expect As an UpMarket Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients.
Your purpose will be to understand the unique client needs, and consistently deliver exceptional customer experience. Your goal will be to deliver revenue and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach,
they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration. Responsibilities
- Developing and maintain business within existing accounts, managing complex sales situations and sales campaigns
- Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships, resolving client issues in a timely manner
- Qualifying leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required
- Creating client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews
- Utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close, to meet sales targets
- Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities / challenges, and provide recommended solutions
What we’re looking for
- Have a solid comprehension of market trends and competitor activity.
- Have new logo sales experience from a Technology company
- Have a proven track record of successful sales in an upmarket environment.
- Have a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
