Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for the respective country in collaboration with other stakeholders
- Regularly perform sales forecasting, area analysis, project planning, and monitoring to ensure alignment with our goals
- Interface with customers in both clinical and procurement environments within hospitals to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Lead and support team members through co-travels and one-on-one catchups, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives
- Create an empowering climate for your team members by offering guidance, coaching, and leading by example to foster their development and success
What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not essential
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical development, and / or marketing roles
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- MS Office-based computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time
