In-house organisation requires an Interim Litigator (immediate start) Glasgow (Assignment 16530)
We are delighted to have been exclusively instructed on this interim litigation vacancy. This in-house position is with a housing, care, and property management organisation in Glasgow.
The role focuses on delivering client-centred legal advice, covering areas such as housing management, debt recovery, public liability claims, and litigation, with a particular emphasis on addressing anti-social behaviour.
Ideally applicants with have around 5 years’ PQE, however candidates with litigation experience out with this level are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of Housing Law would be beneficial.
The position is hybrid, primarily home-based, with occasional travel to offices and court as required. The contract will run for at least one month with the possibility of extension on a month to month basis.
Senior Legal Counsel Glasgow (Assignment 16350)
Our client, a well-established national business headquartered in Glasgow, is currently recruiting for a Senior Legal Counsel.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
and demonstrable expertise in regulatory compliance and commercial contracts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and providing guidance on a range of matters, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, disputes, commercial property, data protection, and intellectual property.
Key responsibilities include :
- Supporting the General Counsel in the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective compliance policies, procedures, and guidance across the Group, with a specific focus on anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, modern slavery, and other compliance areas as required.
- Collaborating with project teams across the organisation to provide legal support for strategic initiatives,
including joint ventures and redevelopment projects, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Assisting in the design and delivery of legal and compliance training for the company’s boards and management teams.

Lawyer / Co-Secretary East Kilbride (Assignment 16458)
