The candidate will help deliver clerical and administrative support with the NRS Transport Services and to provide a high standard of customer service.
This position is predominantly administrative but will also be dealing with members of the public.
The aim of NRS Transport Admin is to support the maintenance team in the administrative processing of vehicle repairs and legislative compliance of GCC Fleet vehicles, taxi inspection administration and ground care maintenance workshop administration.

Key Responsibilities
Deal with a variety of telephone enquiries in relation to Vehicle Workshop
Processing work using Microsoft Outlook, Servitor and multiple record management systems including direct recording into systems
Working with both internal and external organisations
Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
Communicating with members of the public and any other relevant people
Key Skills
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office packages)
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Be able to work as part of a team
