Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging physics lessons to a diverse range of students, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain student discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through various assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their progress.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary school level.
- Deep knowledge of the Physics curriculum and a passion for inspiring students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students and build positive relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of new teaching methodologies and educational trends.
