The role :
This Top 100 firm is seeking an existing Partner, or perhaps a Senior Associate or Legal Director that is ready to take a step up, to make a significant contribution to their Commercial practice in Cheltenham.
You will have experience across a wide range of commercial contracts and demonstrable technical expertise. Further, they are keen to hear from those with different specialisms in areas such as procurement, competition law or consumer credit or perhaps sector specialisms in tech, energy or financial services.
Prior experience with big-ticket commercial work will put you on a solid footing for delivering projects for major commercial organisations and managing a team of fee-earners.
As a senior member of the team, you oversee,
mentor and train junior and mid-level lawyers in the team and be a positive influence over the department.
The ideal candidate :
- Commercial Partner with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- Excellent technical knowledge together with a commercial approach to legal services
- Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
