We are recruiting a full-time, Teaching Assistant to support within Early Years for a Primary School in the Eccles, Salford area, starting in September 2024.
There could be the option of securing a permanent contract for the right person.

Teaching Assistant role & responsibilities :
- Use specialist skills / training / experience to support pupils and enhance their learning and so progress
- Undertake programmes linked to local and national learning strategies eg. Literacy, numeracy, EYFS recording achievement and progress and feeding back to the teacher
- Prepare, maintain, and use equipment / resources required to meet the lesson plans / relevant learning activity and assist pupils in their use
- To work with small groups of children and to take responsibility for their learning
Non-negotiables :
- Previous experience of working with children aged 4-11 in a voluntary or paid capacity
- Knowledge of the EYFS Framework
