Position : Early Career English Teacher

Salary : Inner London Pay Scale

Responsibilities :
- Teach Key Stages 3 and 4 English, fostering a love of learning among students.
- Fulfill form tutor responsibilities, providing guidance and support to students.
- Assist students with GCSE revision in the subject, ensuring their readiness for examinations.
- Undertake planning and marking responsibilities to support student progress.
ECT Programme :
- Assigned an experienced mentor dedicated to your professional growth.
- Benefit from two weekly sessions with your mentor, receiving tailored support and guidance.
- Engage in weekly ECT training sessions alongside other newly qualified teachers within our large trust network, fostering collaboration and skill development.
- Working under an SLT team, who have pupil and staff well-being at the forefront of everything they do. Schemes are in place within the school, to facilitate staff workload and a positive ethos to support the well-being of all teachers.
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- 10-year employment check.
