Make the day start in the
right way for our guests, some would say it’s the most important meal of
the day and we would agree!
Run the breakfast shift
like you own the kitchen, preparing for the day, clearing down and
writing up your orders for our Head Chef
Open to a clean kitchen
and leave with a clean kitchen, we know how important this is for any
chef and so do our brigade
Help develop our brigade
by sharing knowledge and techniques, not just with our more junior chefs
but with the whole team, we are all here to learn

phone you can expect a friendly invite to spend an hour or two on a Team
Insight with your chosen department Ask all your questions and we will ask
