Pay rate : £83 - £110

The Role :
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Your enthusiasm, patience, and dedication will help foster a love for learning and support the holistic development of young children.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Monitor and document students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Encourage positive behavior and help children develop essential social and emotional skills.
- Support the class teacher in managing the classroom and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
Requirements :
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of learners.
- Creativity and adaptability to design and implement engaging learning activities.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
