Are you a driven and qualified Lawyer with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) seeking a dynamic career in private equity?
We are a leading international law firm with a renowned private equity practice seeking a talented Associate to join our team in London.
About the role :
Candidates must be UK qualified
In this exciting role, you will play a vital role in supporting our team on a wide range of private equity transactions, including :
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Leveraged buyouts
- Venture capital investments
- Fund formation and structuring
- Portfolio company work
- Exit transactions
You will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates,
gaining exposure to all aspects of the private equity lifecycle.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal expertise and deal with complex matters in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
What we are looking for :
- A qualified Lawyer with experience in private equity transactions
- A strong understanding of the legal and commercial issues relevant to private equity deals
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and execution skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
- A keen interest in the private equity industry
