The Role
This is a fantastic position for an Infrastructure Finance Senior Associate with 5-7 years PQE to join this leading Top 20 International practice within their City of London office .
Within this role you will be advising lenders and sponsors across a range of UK and cross-border infrastructure projects, affording us best-in-class insight into current practical issues and market terms for project participants.
The team work on financing events and products, including syndicated loans, multi-creditor platforms, private placements, bank / bond financings, second lien, holdco and PIK.
Requirements
- You will be a 5-7 PQE solicitor qualified in England & Wales.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
- Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
