This Top Tier Legal 500 practice seeks a Leasehold Enfranchisement Senior Associate with 6+ PQE to join their highly-reputable department, located in Central London.
The firm :
Based in Central London, this practice has a vibrant, relaxed working environment; as a result of this, they have an unheard-of staff retention rate .
Thus, positions such as this do not present themselves often.
People genuinely enjoy coming into the office; they do regular social events throughout the year and often finish early on a Friday for team building events.
Freedom, autonomy & flexibility are also heavily promoted,
with remote working from home available 2-3 days a week .
The Role :
Due to expansion plans this practice seeks a Senior Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor 6+ PQE to join its Legal 500 accredited department.
This practice has continued to grow and now has a client base that extends across the UK & Internationally. The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work.
This includes; Collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management and the right to manage.
Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners who are prepared to invest their time and effort to help your career develop.
Requirements & Salary :
- You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Senior Lawyer 6+ PQE
- You will be a dynamic and personable individual
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Salary is highly competitive,
