Who is the COMPANY youll work for as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
Working across the Accounting and Finance markets, you will specialise within a certain area and become an expert, as well as the go-to recruiter for your space. Each member of the team has their own exclusive client base, but as collaboration is one of the key values, support is offered across the different teams.
Every consultant who has joined the team has taken home over £50k in their first year, with top performers taking home as much as £70k. Youll see steady progression throughout your career,
with the whole management team having progressed up the ranks.

What is the ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
- Winning new clients through business development
- Learning about your clients offering and hiring requirements
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, and networking
- Interviewing candidates, putting them forward for roles with your clients, and ensuring they are prepared
- Managing the process and handling any reservations from both sides, whilst constantly advising both parties
- Negotiating the contact for your candidates
- Keeping communication streams open with past clients and candidates and consistently adding to your network
Who is the IDEAL CANDIDATE for a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a fast-paced client role is desirable
- Naturally competitive
- Financially driven
- Articulate and confident speaking with a wide range of individuals
