Title: Events Executive

Contract: 14-month FTC
Working Hours: 09:30 – 17:30, with at least 3 days in the office.

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic Events Executive to join one of our prestigious law firm clients to support their strategic event programme, creating memorable client experiences and ensuring maximum return on investment. This role involves smooth planning, implementation, and follow-up of events, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to advise on effective options and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage events including seminars, webinars, breakfast meetings, private dinners, and forums.
- Handle event logistics from concept to execution, including budgeting,
supplier management, and on-site coordination.
- Create event invitations and manage communications.
- Support strategic firmwide events and assist with ad hoc projects.
- Ensure all events align with the firm’s brand guidelines and maintain high standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development/Events, preferably in professional services or the legal sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
- Flexibility to work outside core hours during busy periods.
