The Regulatory Compliance Manager acts as a leader, driving the alignment of regulatory, sustainability, and compliance objectives with operational execution while fostering good governance throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on regulatory and compliance matters within a multi-jurisdictional, dynamic environment.
- Represent the department in all Group forums, including governance councils.
- Develop GRC management processes, implement best practices, and lead root cause analysis for non-compliance issues.
- Create contingency plans and procedures for mitigating compliance risks.
- Stay informed on legislative and commercial developments at regional/global levels and engage with key stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, agile compliance team, utilising digital tools to enhance productivity.
- Ensure consistent regulatory policies and workflows for regulatory reporting, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in compliance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or governance within a multinational corporation.
- Proven experience in managing regulatory frameworks and teams.
- Strong data-driven decision-making, leadership, and people management skills.
- Native-level English proficiency and fluency in at least one EU language.
