Personal Injury - Fee Earner / Solicitor - Up to £50,000 - Manchester
The Role
Superb opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to claimants with Personal and Serious Injury, as well as Clinical Negligence claims.
The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality Personal and Serious Injury work.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s practice, it is now seeking to appoint a Fee Earner/Solicitor to work alongside its existing Personal Injury team.
You will be running Fast Track and/or Multi Track RTA & EL/PL cases from start to finish, depending on your previous experience.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in fast track and/or multi track RTA or EL/PL cases and will principally be involved in RTA & EL/PL cases. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated/technically strong Solicitor/Fee Earner with ambition who can develop relationships and will easily tap into a lucrative client base.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with limited supervision but benefit from full administrative, marketing and paralegal support.
The firm is based in South Manchester, and the location is commutable from Manchester, Warrington and surrounding areas. There is the opportunity to adopt a hybrid working model once training has been completed successfully.
The Candidate
- Personal Injury Fee Earner/Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE or equivalent
- Ability to work to deadlines,
to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
