Fella & Jones is exclusively partnered with an innovative global contemporary luxury womenswear brand in search of a talented Buying Manager & Buyer to join their team. This brand is known for its on trend , high-quality collections where sophisticated design and luxury craftsmanship are at the heart of every piece. This role is a selection based role but will feed in to Product Development and Design teams working across E-Commerce & their stand alone store porfolio
The business has seen rapid global growth and is now seeking an exceptional Buying Manager with a refined sense of style and a deep understanding of the luxury womenswear market. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and building collections that resonate with the brand’s discerning global customer base, while working closely with the design and product development teams to uphold the brand’s luxury ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with the Director to create a seasonal vision and strategy for the brand, ensuring a curated, luxury product offering that speaks directly to the global luxury consumer.
• Product Pricing & Architecture: Develop and oversee the product pricing structure for the womenswear line, implementing a seasonal strategy that balances luxury quality with commercial viability.
• Range Development: Build and refine collections across categories such as Wovens, Jersey, and Knitwear, ensuring they meet both customer and brand expectations, while driving the brand’s global positioning in the market.
• Market Opportunities:
Identify and introduce new product areas and opportunities in line with global luxury fashion trends, ensuring the brand remains competitive and innovative.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will already be operating at Senior Buyer or Buying Manager level, ideally within the luxury or premium womenswear sector. A strong understanding of luxury fabrications, patterns, and prints, along with global fashion trends, is essential. You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the brand, leading the team, and ensuring that the collection maintains its luxury status while achieving commercial success.
