Electrical Associate Director / Director – To £110K + Package – London

With a strong presence across Australasia and the UK; their team of expert MEP Design and Sustainability Engineers, design and deliver regenerative buildings that improve the communities that surround them.
This Building Services and Sustainability Consultancy are recognised leaders in education, healthcare, workplace, cultural and residential sectors. As part of their five year plan,
they have recently diversified into the mission critical sector and are looking for an Electrical Associate Director with experience in mission critical projects, to lead this sector in London.
*By mission critical they are open to areas such as life sciences, data centres, labs, or clean rooms.*
Although you will be expected to generate your own work within the mission critical space; they do appreciate that this might take up to six months; and that’s OK.
At present they have secured all of their required fee income until March 2025; and have the full backing and support from their directors.
You’ll enjoy working directly with a supportive, friendly, and technically robust Electrical Director; and benefit from having access to over 70 electrical design engineers across the globe.

In return,
you’ll receive a salary up to £110K, 25 days annual leave, 5% pension, hybrid working and easy access to their CEO, founding Directors and MEP Director in London.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience, working as an Electrical Design Engineer, within the building services industry.
- Good communicator, able to build rapport easily with architects, clients, and colleagues.
- Previous mission critical experience working on data centres, labs, clean rooms, hospitals, or life sciences projects.
- Able to work in the UK unrestricted.
