Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager / Business Analyst who thrives in a dynamic,

What You’ll Do

- Bridge Teams: Connect our technical team with business stakeholders to ensure the platform meets industry needs.
- Define & Prioritize: Gather and analyze requirements, translate them into specifications, and prioritize features based on strategy and market research.
- Collaborate: Work with data scientists, engineers, and designers to implement and enhance platform features.
- Drive Integration: Support the integration of diverse data sources and APIs.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain regulatory standards and align product features with industry requirements.
- Agile Participation: Engage in Agile processes, including sprint planning and stand-ups.
- Manage Projects: Oversee project tasks and report to the grants monitoring officer and CEO.

What You Bring

Experience:





3-5 years as a Business Analyst in financial services or fintech, with a proven track record in AI or machine learning projects.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and regulations (e.g., MiFID II, GDPR)

Education: Background in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

Desirable: Understanding of machine learning applications in finance

Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a hands-on approach
