An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month fixed term or secondment, as a Waiting List Coordinator. You will be working full time as part of an established administration team in the Endoscopy Unit at the Royal Devon University Hospital, Main Site.

About the Role
- Providing excellent customer care.
- Hospital visits / calls can be stressful and daunting,
so you will be a great communicator with strong customer service skills to put our patients at ease, treating them with tact and empathy.
- Ensuring all administrative processes and enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.

- Monitoring waiting lists, ensuring that treatment pathways, from referral to treatment are accurate and up to date.
- Booking appointments for procedures from waiting lists ensuring that they are offered in a timely manner in line with the waiting times targets.
- Liaising with other health services.
- Assisting and supporting other members of the administrative team across the department or division, including dealing with telephone calls and resolving enquiries for patients, their carer and visitors.
Working Pattern:
Monday Friday (09:00 to 17:00)
