Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on enhancing our online presence and driving engagement. This role requires an individual who is passionate about marketing, has excellent communication skills, and is adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

As a Digital Marketer,





your main responsibilities will be:

- Setting up, managing, and optimising Meta ad campaigns to generate leads and sales for clients.
- Managing local SEO campaigns to improve clients' local search visibility (full training provided).
- Setting up conversion tracking on relevant platforms to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance.
- Using data and analytics to track performance and identify growth opportunities for clients.
- Creating monthly reports to share with clients on results achieved that month.
- Occasionally setting up other paid media campaigns (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) as needed, though this will not be the primary focus.
- Communicating with clients and the team on a daily (working days) basis via Zoom, Slack, email, or other relevant channels.
- Managing your work using the project management tools provided to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Support for the design of creatives will be provided,





but having experience working with Canva is a beneficial skill for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has:

- Proficiency in setting up, managing, and optimising Meta ad campaigns to generate leads and sales (essential for the role).
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta ad campaigns and local SEO (although Local SEO training will be provided).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools to track and improve performance.
- Experience in setting up conversion tracking on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and others.
- Experience in creating clear and concise monthly reports for clients,





demonstrating results and areas for growth.
- Experience in setting up and optimising other paid media platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google Ads - beneficial but not required).
- Familiarity with WordPress for website management is preferred.
- Experience with Canva (beneficial but not required).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with a proactive approach.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
- Must be based in the UK and able to actively communicate with the team and clients on a daily basis using tools like Zoom, Slack, and email.







Working Hours and Benefits:

- Working Hours: 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday), 7.5 hours per day (non-negotiable).
