Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham - £24,000 basic + commission

Join our clients next cohort as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with full training provided! No previous recruitment experience necessary.

Working in one of our client’s specialist sectors including Social Housing, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Local Government, Construction and Property Management, you’ll be taken through an extensive training and personal development programme learning a range of highly sought after skills including; consultation, negotiation, networking, and account management.

What You'll Do:







· Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking, headhunting and LinkedIn

· Building and maintaining a professional candidate and client relationships over the phone and in person

· Market mapping and becoming a knowledgeable industry professional

· Working towards your monthly progression targets

· Managing your candidate and client database
