Role Overview:

- Full-time, term-time only position
- Supporting SEN students 1:1 and in small groups,





specialising in speech and language
- Promoting progress and attainment within the classroom
- Collaborating with the SEN team to develop personalised learning strategies
- Assisting with behaviour management across the school

Essential Requirements:

- 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Speech and Language or related subject from a leading UK university
- Previous child-based experience, ideally within SEN settings
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in working with students with SEN
- Strong behaviour management skills and ability to work with a range of learners
