The Sycamore Church of England Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective teaching assistant who displays a passion for learning, creativity and a commitment to developing the potential of every child as part of a dedicated staff team at St Stephen s. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with special educational needs in a primary school.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience working in a primary school setting
- Experience of working with pupils with additional learning needs and a commitment to inclusive practice
- Excellent skills in adapting teaching and learning approaches within a classroom setting to support the needs of the learners
- Commitment, flexibility and enthusiasm with the ability to work within a team
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn from other professionals

Normal hours of work are 8.30am 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
