An established Audit, Accounts and Tax organisation is looking for a Transaction Service Manager to join their team on an interim basis.
Your new role
- Financial Due Diligence
- Report writing
- Execution
- Projection analysis
What you'll need to succeed
- Performed financial due diligence assignments
- Report writing experience
- Some working knowledge of Transactions Services in an Accounting Firm or Corporate Finance Boutique
- Ability to contribute to client meetings and proactively look for opportunities to advise clients
- Experience working with Excel models
- Some exposure to lead advisory projects, corporate and private equity (but not essential)
What you'll get in return
This is a 2-month interim role with the potential to extend. It is paying between £350 - £500 p/d depending on experience.
