D365 CE Business Analyst, up to £60,000 + benefits, Hybrid, London
Pearson Carter is working with a FTSE 250 listed Real Estate Investment Trust who are looking to hire a D365 CE Business Analyst to join their team. They have a huge project in line to move from on-premise to cloud and therefore require a Business Analyst to help manage this.
They are offering up to £60k with an extensive benefits package.

Requirements
- Business Analyst experience
- 2-3 years Dynamics CRM experience
- Experience working on Sales modules and Customer Service modules
- Experience delivering a Dynamics 365 CRM migration or implementation
- Experience working with senior stakeholders on multiple projects
The role
- Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analysis, document detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and propose effective solutions that align with business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Analyse current business processes and workflows, identify areas for optimisation, document processes through methods like flowcharts and implement improvements to streamline operations
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Data Management: Oversee data integration, migration, and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports and analytics to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making processes.
Salary
They are offering a salary of up to £60,000 + benefits,
with an option for a contract role at a day rate of £550 - though permanent is preferred.
Location
The role is based in Central London, the candidate will be expected to travel to the office at least 3-4 times per week.
