HR Assistant Harrow ASAP Start
15 - 17 an hour, depending on experience
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team, contributing to the smooth operation of their HR department.
Key Requirements:
- Level 3 CIPD qualification (essential)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in HR within a school setting
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive, solution-focused approach to challenges
- Experience with school HR systems and compliance processes is a plus
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Managing staff records, contracts, and compliance
- Assisting with payroll and attendance management
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager
- Ensuring the school complies with safeguarding and HR policies
