Our client, a thriving audio equipment and crewing company based in West London is looking for an Equipment and Logistics Coordinator to work within their Kitroom facility and to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing equipment logistics, organising shipmens and returns
- Managing expectations with clients in regards to booking equipment
- Working closely with the MD and freelance crew to ensure productions are resourced effectively
- Maintain the overall organisation of stock room, ensuring repairs are carried out effectively and promptly.
- Ensuring assets are accurately logged and updated on internal systems
What you'll bring:
- highly organised with an understanding of broadcast/production logistics
- IT literate and experience working with booking or financial software (farmers wife etc)
- Personability in maintaining client and sound recordist relationships
- Confidence in working independently
