Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join a rapidly growing Supercar Showroom.

GVE London Ltd is one of the largest independent supercar showrooms in the UK, operating from Uxbridge. We are at the heart of the luxury automotive market, specializing in high-end brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, Rolls Royce, McLaren, Porsche, and Bugatti. At GVE London, we offer a range of services including Sales, Servicing, Detailing, PPF, and more. The successful candidate will be assisting senior management smooth day-to-day functioning of the business, while also playing a key role in managing HR processes across the employee life cycle.

It is very conveniently operating from Uxbridge which has plenty of local amenities as well as excellent links to the M4, M25 and A40 as well as West Drayton Train Station and Uxbridge tube station (Piccadilly and Metropolitan Line).

Job Role

- Responding to applications, reviewing CV’s and shortlisting candidates
- Conducting candidate screening calls
- Proactively utilise resources such as LinkedIn and other job boards to source, headhunt and approach potential candidates
- Oversee the preparation of job descriptions and create job board advertisements
- Regular monitoring of job boards to ensure vacancies are up to date
- Arrange interviews which may include liaising with recruitment agencies






- Provide general administrative support to HR
- Working with the HR team on any adhoc HR projects or work
- Management of staff wellbeing and office events
- Booking travel, accommodation and logistics for staff and events
- Creation and maintenance of all required office documentation and checks e.g. health and safety/fire risk assessments and associated regular task
- Be responsible for administration and monitoring of the appraisal processes and recording details on the HR database.
- Maintain and update the HR database with all staff changes to terms and conditions of employment including new starters and leavers, ensuring the correct data is entered.






- Support the HR team with all casework including organising and acting as a note-taker where required in employee meetings.
- Support the organisation of all learning and development including the employee induction.
- Undertake any other duties as may be required by Management

Requirements

- You will be a dynamic and confident individual with excellent interpersonal, organisational, written and analytical skills.
- You will be working in a small team and will be required to be self motivated and frequently using your own initiative without the need to be micro-managed.
- A good level of competency in MS Word and Outlook is absolutely essential, you would also need to be very comfortable with using spreadsheets.
- You will be reliable, hard-working and punctual.





You will thrive on working to tight deadlines and will be able to multi-task without losing sight of priorities.
- You will be comfortable speaking over the phone in a professional manner and will have the ability to build professional working relationships.
- You must be fully eligible to work in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
