We are partnering with a dynamic and expanding healthcare organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical care and services to patients. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to lead a brand new service.

Role Overview

As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Operations will play a critical role in driving the organisation’s success, growth, and clinical excellence. This position will involve developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance revenue growth and strengthen the brand presence. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the healthcare landscape,





strong business acumen, and a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment. This is a partnership model which requires a level of investment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to maximize operational and financial performance.
- Develop and implement initiatives that foster growth and enhance service delivery.
- Cultivate relationships with consultants and key stakeholders to ensure engagement and collaboration.
- Lead change management efforts within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and prepare for inspections.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to inspire and energize team members. The successful candidate will have:

- A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a private or independent healthcare organisation.
- Proven experience in building relationships with consultants and stakeholders.
- Strong integrity, resilience, and commercial acumen.
- A proactive and open approach to leadership.






- A demonstrated ability to drive EBITDA growth margins and achieve operational excellence.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, including experience in both NHS and independent sectors.
- Experience in change management within a healthcare or commercial environment.
- Proficient in operational management and budget oversight.
- Exceptional communication and written skills, with recent management experience in an acute healthcare setting.

This is a full-time position, primarily scheduled between Monday and Friday, with flexibility required to meet the organisation’s needs. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior manager passionate about delivering high standards of patient care.
