Job description
Position - Business Studies Teacher
Location - Maidstone
Start Date - September 2024
Tradewind Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Business Studies Teacher to work at a mixed comprehensive school in the Maidstone area from September 2024!
The role :
- Plan and deliver exciting Business Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Inspire and motivate students with proven teaching strategies to ensure success
- Assess and monitor the progress of students ensuring effective support is put in place where necessary
- Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the Business Studies curriculum and Department
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience of teaching Business Studies across KS3 and KS4
- Be willing to teach some Computer Science lessons when required
- Excellent behaviour management strategies to ensure the best possible learning environment
- Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
