The Role
This is a great opportunity for a Construction Associate 4-6 years PQE to join this Top 30 International Law Firm.
The client base reflects the firm itself as you'll be working with landowners, property developers, international investors, charities, leisure and hospitality operators and sports institutions, art galleries and cultural institutions, and international banks.
The department itself is made up by partners and fee earners with specialisms in commercial, residential, rural, real estate disputes and construction practices.
The work will involve a diverse mix of construction work, working independently and also together with the firm's commercial,
residential and landed estates teams.
You'll be drafting bespoke contracts, as well as amendments to industry standard forms.
The Ideal Candidate :
- You will have 4-6 years PQE in non contentious construction.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
